Refunds/exchanges are offered if damage occurs during delivery. Please send an image of damage to papercraneheart@gmail.com.
If a customer believes they have received an incorrect item, please contact for a refund or exchange.
No returns for medium or large-sized origami quilts, unless the item arrives to you damaged. No returns for custom pieces.
If a customer would like to return a small item (11x14 inches) due to dissatisfaction with color/size /quality, then the customer is responsible for return postage, as well as a restocking fee, which is 30% of the total item price. Please read size descriptions before purchasing. If you return an item and it arrives back to me damaged, you will not receive a refund.
